How do other people with 9-5 jobs manage to get things done? Once I get back from work, there’s laundry, or cooking, or whatever, and after I’m done, I’m way too tired to do anything else, even if there’s still some time left before bed. Weekends? More housework, and I still don’t have much energy for reading, let alone writing.
Anyway.
I’m still working, obviously, and my contract got extended again. Yay! Yay. Christmas and New Year came, I got another #OperationSpreadWarmFuzzies card from Wingnut and her wonderful human, Gina, I even managed to read some books (The Cat Inside by William S. Burroughs is great, The Girl Who Drank the Moon by Kelly Barnhill is at times too slow for young readers, but still really nice, Children of Blood and Bone by Tomi Adeyemi was also very interesting), it’s winter and cold and I can’t wait for spring…
I’m rambling a bit, I know. The book recommendations still stand, though, and the card is still lovely. And cats are great, of course. Always.
Anyway, while we’re not buried in snow right now, there was some snow recently, and there will be more soon. So, if you like snow pictures, have some!

Oh, and here’s another bit of news: I’m blonde again. The color is pure awesomeness this time.
That’s it this time. I hope it won’t take me months to write another post.
