I don’t really feel like writing.
I don’t really feel like doing anything.
Can I just be a cat, please?
So… What’s happening?
We had elections. We had floods. We found out that we’ve been lied to, and that the number of corona-positive and dead people is considerably higher than previously stated, not that it surprised anyone.
It keeps dragging on and on and on, and it doesn’t feel like it’s going to end anytime soon, especially not with a football game that 20,000+ people attended, big political gatherings, the unfortunate tennis thing, big huge weddings with hundreds of people, crowded nightclubs, crowded public transport, big companies putting way too many people in spaces that are not big enough in order to increase their profits…
And other than that? Other than being annoyed because of the whole situation?
Reading, working (there isn’t much work these days), walking more than before (hey, that’s healthy)…
Currently reading: Gemina (The Illuminae Files #2) by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. I’ve just started, and it’s fun! Very much for teens, but fun nonetheless, and the Wikileaks lookalike concept is also fun. I’m waiting for the AI to show up again, because it was one of the most interesting characters in the previous book.
Recently read: Illuminae (The Illuminae Files #1) by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. Teens in space! Teens (and not just teens) in a lot of trouble! The fleet AI that’s supposed to protect humans getting damaged (and kinda nuts) and becoming dangerous for the very humans it’s supposed to protect, and yet, they can’t survive without it! Really bad corporate guys! And so on, and so forth. It was a really fun read, so I definitely intend to read the whole trilogy.
Currently watching: nothing. Planning to watch a bunch of things, but can’t focus on them.
Currently working on: trying not to feel too annoyed (because it would be pointless, anyway). Trying to read more. Trying to get myself to write (unsuccessfully). Trying to… Trying.
And that would be it for today, see you next time…whenever it is.
